How financing works here
You check your options with Acorn Finance directly, on their site. They put your request in front of a panel of lenders and show you what those lenders will offer. If you go ahead, the loan is between you and whichever lender you pick. We get on with the roof. Nothing about the quote, the inspection or the work itself changes because you paid one way rather than another.
Get the quote first. The number we give you is what you need in front of you when you look at payment options, and the inspection and the quote cost nothing either way.
What we will and will not tell you
We are roofers, not lenders, so we do not quote rates, monthly payments or terms, and we would be guessing if we did. What we can tell you is exactly what your roof needs and what our work costs, in writing, before anything is decided. Take that figure to Acorn and you will be looking at real numbers rather than an estimate of an estimate.

A separate company that connects homeowners with lenders for home improvement work. They are our financing partner, not part of Roofing NextGen Ellicott City.
Does Roofing NextGen Ellicott City lend the money?
No. We do not lend money and we are not a party to your loan. Any agreement is between you and the lender you choose.
What will it cost me per month?
That depends on the lender, the amount and the terms you agree, so we cannot tell you and neither can anyone else until you have applied. Acorn will show you the actual offers.
Do I have to use financing?
Not at all. It is there for people who would rather spread the cost. The inspection and the written quote are free whichever way you pay.
