The same house, the same slope
Before
AfterWhen patching stops making sense
In the before photo the shingles have worn thin and gone patchy, and several have lifted or gone missing near the top of the slope. Wind gets under a lifted shingle and takes the next one with it. A repair can hold a roof together for a while, but when the wear is across the whole slope, a new roof is usually the better money.
What a new roof changes
The after photo shows the same slope in one even layer of new dark shingles, with the white trim and gutter line looking sharp again. If your roof looks more like the left side than the right, call us for a free roof inspection. We will tell you plainly whether it needs a repair or a new roof.
