What neighbors say.

My ceiling had water spots so I reached out to Next Gen, and they found the problem with a leakage in the roof connecting to the house. Anthony came and fixed it within 2 hours and was significantly better in price + quality than any of the other people we had looking at it. They will be my go-to for a while, as well as for my friends and family, and Anthony is especially kind!
Suleman Abbasi Super reliable team! I would highly recommend for any of your future projects.
Keylin Perez Great to work with!
Dulce G Monzon Great price

What we see most in Glenelg
- Shingles lifted by wind on hilltop and open lots
- Barn and outbuilding roofs in need of repair
- Older farmhouse roofs with leaks at additions
- Ice building up along gutters in colder winters
- Larger homes with roofs reaching replacement age
Rolling hills and wind
Glenelg's rolling land puts many homes on hilltops or open slopes where nothing blocks the wind. Those roofs lose shingles first in a storm, usually along the ridges, edges and rakes. A few missing shingles is a small repair, but left alone it lets rain straight into the layers underneath.

Winter on the western side
Western Howard County can see a bit more snow and ice than the towns further east. When snow melts on a warm roof and refreezes at the cold edge, ice builds up along the gutters and backs water under the shingles. Good attic venting and a proper water barrier at the roof edge are the best protection, and both go in with a new roof.
Farms and outbuildings
Farms and larger properties mean barns, equipment sheds and garages, many with metal roofs. We repair and replace roofs on outbuildings as well as homes, and we can look at all of them at the same free inspection.
