3. Our services

We provide residential roofing and related services in and around Ellicott City, Maryland, including roof installation and replacement, roof repair, roof inspections, emergency and storm damage roof repair, flat roofs, metal roofing, flashing and chimney flashing repair, skylights, gutters, and attic venting.

5. Scheduling, property access and weather

When you book work, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area, to tell us about known hazards, and to keep pets, vehicles and people clear of the work area while we are working. Roofing work depends on the weather, and we may need to reschedule for rain, high wind, ice or other unsafe conditions. Temporary measures, such as tarping during an emergency, are intended to limit further damage until a permanent repair can be made and are not a permanent repair.

6. Workmanship and existing conditions

We take care to perform clean, professional work. You acknowledge that roofing work is performed on existing structures whose age, materials and condition we do not control. Any workmanship guarantee we offer applies only to the specific work we performed, is subject to the terms stated in your written estimate, contract or invoice, and does not cover damage from severe weather, falling trees, other contractors, lack of maintenance, or conditions outside the scope of the work we performed. Manufacturer warranties on materials, where they apply, are provided by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs and the “Roofing NextGen Ellicott City” name and marks, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish or distribute any material from the Site without our written permission.
